Yes, we are launching “Health Cluster” – all in one Digital Health AI-enabled Platform for Remote Patient Monitoring.

4. Which sectors will grow significantly in the start-up ecosystem in 2024 and why are investors looking at these sectors?

Health Tech, Fintech, InsurTech.

5. Which regions do you believe will thrive the most in raising funds for their start-ups in 2024 and why?

Middle East, Africa and Asia.

6. How important is the Middle East and Africa for your business, and what is your growth strategy in the region for the coming years?

Middle East and Africa is our target markets. Recently, we also participated with GITEX in Morocco – the first ever GITEX outside of UAE in Africa. We will be participating in North Star and Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh in 2023.

7. In which ways can AI help startups reach new levels of efficiency and excellence and how is the world’s next big tech shift supporting the growth of companies in your industry?

AI can play a significant role in healthcare starting from improvement in patient outcomes, keeping patients informed with their health insights, as well as enabling clinicians with early diagnosis and disease detection.

Early Diagnosis & Disease Detection:

AI-powered algorithms can analyze medical data including pathology labs, imaging scans and genetic information to assist doctors in detecting diseases at an early stage. This allows for timely intervention and improved treatment outcomes.

Remote Patient Monitoring:

AI can enable continuous monitoring of patient health remotely by collecting data from wearable devices and other sensors. It helps in managing chronic conditions, detecting changes in health status early on and reducing hospital readmissions.

8. How do you see the regulations for fast-growing digital sectors such as finance/banking and Web 3.0 services, and how do you believe startups should prepare for it?

Regulations for fast-growing digital sectors like finance/banking and Web 3.0 services are likely to evolve to address the unique challenges and risks posed by these industries while ensuring consumer protection and market stability. Governments and regulatory bodies may focus on fintech regulations, data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), governance of decentralized systems, and legal frameworks for smart contracts and digital assets. Startups should stay informed about evolving regulations, comply with existing laws, and engage with regulators to contribute to sensible policies. Prioritizing consumer protection, data privacy, and security will build trust with customers and ensure compliance. Startups must design scalable solutions, collaborate with industry peers and stakeholders, and work with legal experts to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and prepare for potential changes in regulations as they grow and expand internationally. Proactivity and adaptability will be key to thriving in these dynamic digital sectors.
